Can I pay with a US issued credit card? Yes, as long as the shipping address is within Canada. Please note that your bank may apply a currency conversion fee to your transaction.
Is it safe to save my card details in my Kaymra account? If you choose to "Save Card for Future Use," your details are "tokenized" by our payment processor. This means we store a secure code, not your actual card numbers, keeping your information safe.
Why was my payment declined? The most common reasons are a mismatch in the billing address (AVS error) or exceeding a daily spending limit (common with high value camera gear). We recommend contacting your bank to authorize the transaction.
