Warranty Policy

1. Coverage Periods
- Cameras & Lenses: 2-Year Limited Warranty.
- Accessories (Tripods, Bags, Batteries):Final sale; no long-term warranty or return eligibility.
2. What is Covered?
- Inherent manufacturing flaws or factory defects.
- Mechanical or electronic malfunctions during standard, intended use.
3. What is Excluded?
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Environmental Factors: Water, moisture, sand, or extreme temperatures.
- Physical Impact: Accidental drops or improper handling.
- Unauthorized Repair: Any attempt to alter components by non-authorized technicians.
4. Claims Process
If your equipment requires service, please follow these steps:
- Email Support: Contact support@kaymra.com with your order number and issue.
- Get Authorization: You must receive a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping.
- Ship for Assessment: Use our provided label to send the gear to our service suite.
- Resolution: Upon approval, we will facilitate a precision repair or replacement and cover the shipping cost back to you.
Note: "Dead on Arrival" (DOA) items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for an immediate exchange.
